I have always been a cyclist and like most cyclists love nothing more than a bit of anodized bling for my bike. I realised after many years of spending too much money on my own bikes that I had a knack for hunting out the cheapest prices for parts from all over the internet.
An idea was born! I decided that I would strike up trade deals with as many companies across Europe and beyond to get the best prices for things and to help provide the most cost effective way for people to get their fix.
During this time, I have realised that it doesn't matter if you are the cheapest or the most prolific company in the world. If you don't treat your customers well and offer them the service that you want yourself, you'll never get anywhere. From then on out, I have always tried to go one step further than other companies can, providing a bespoke personal service and if I can't beat my competition, I'll happily point my customers that way so they can get something cheaper.
