However, as there are companies across the world that are struggling to get everyone back to work, and people having to work in challenging socially distanced ways, this is inevitably going to lead to unprecedented delays.

 As a small business with limited cashflow, we don't always keep much stock. Instead, we rely on our dealer network to get stock delivered straight to you where possible. Occasionally, stock is delivered to the shop first and then sent onto you. Inevitably, with the ongoing pandemic, there is the potential for delays at every stage of the supply chain. We work closely with our partners to ensure this is as smooth as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, we will try to provide a realistic ETA on the products. If there is a delay on some of the order, we will attempt to send the items out to you separately so you can at least get some of the orders. We will then continue to chase up delivery of any remaining items as and when necessary.
